My real life was hectic and very busy this year, which didn't give me a lot of time for blogging and Second Life. But, I have always made time to log in and shop for new clothes at monthly events because shopping will always be an addiction!  Hopefully, 2016 will bring more time for blogging and shopping in SL! Here is my list of favorite designers for this year. My choices this year were based on great design, cuteness and also affordability! I don't use sponsors because I don't feel like I have the time to devote to them. That means, I buy everything I blog and the items need to be affordable to me. It doesn't seem logical to pay more for a single item, than what I would spend for my entire outfit, no matter how amazing the item looks! 2016 Let's Make It Magical

Here's to a New Year filled with many magical moments.  Hold on to your loved ones, tell them you love them, spend time with your besties, and help others.  Every day we open our eyes is a blessing, a present, a gift.  Embrace that gift just like any other gift, with enthusiasm, eagerness and appreciation.  Laugh more, love hard, dance naked, rofl you know what I mean. What Are You Doing New Year's Eve

     I started preparing for New Year's and decided I'd put together a pre New Year's look for you all.  New Year's is the time that we can start over and make a fresh start. Look over the past months and see where things didn't quite go right and make plans to get them right in the new year. There are always parties to attend and you need to be the sharpest tack in the bunch.  So with that said, I wanted to showcase this smoking hawt dress by Certifye.  I loved the double thigh high splits and the middle slit cut on the dress.  It's trendy and yet so stylish and omg look at my thighs and hips in this dress.  I had to find a hair that would do this dress justice and I found the Dolo by Rumina.  Now I know this hair is a couple years old, but look at the flip action.  It's still as hot as if it came out yesterday. Then to top it all off I found this classy fur stole by Gizza.  I truly melted in the store.  All the rich vibrant colors, it was hard to just grab one.  Finally to finish off my look, I ran over to Chic Chica and swooped up these twinkling shoes, called Starla.  I'm ready for the new year to begin and I look forward to see what 2016 will have in store for all of us.  I'm sure there will be some challenges as well as some victories.  Take your lumps but keep on keeping on.

Santa On A Mission

     Kona got the idea in his head that he wanted to be Santa Claus.  So you know I immediately had visions of sexy Santa lol.  He started scouring the marketplace looking a santa suit and he came back to me all disappointed in what he found.  Most of the items were either old back in day designs from when second life first came to be or either too revealing.  I was like ooh you want to be classic Santa, and he was like yes.  Then I remembered this is the guy that was worried about my pixel bits showing and I smiled to myself.  He's such a sweet guy at times and I have remember to put that naughty me away sometimes rofl. So with that said I started my search for classic Santa suit and I was coming up empty.  Then out of blue, while browsing Flickr, one of the people I follow was dawning a classic Santa suit.  I squealed soo loud with glee and I knew I had to find this suit for Kona.  I inquired with my Flickr friend and he revealed the designer who made just what Kona was looking for in a suit.  Now I had to roll up my sleeves and cross my fingers and toes because this suit was a gacha rare.  Well luck was on my side today and I came home victorious.  Thank you Takuya for making this awesome suit, you made us both so very happy.

Parisian Flair

I made it in to the grandest event of them all, THE ARCADE.  Ooh I can't tell you how much I love this event, it speaks to every fiber of my gacha soul.  I spend hours perusing the ads, going over my game plan and mapping out my shopping list.  I sound like a pro huh?  Well I have you know that once I touch down at the event I lose my mind and all planning is gone.  After a few shouts and flips I settle down to the task at hand and can start shopping and celebrating.  So many awesome designers and creators, so many wonderfully thought out items all in one place.  I normally do two rounds at least because I always seem to miss a couple machines.  Much of the decor is from this round of The Arcade and a few items are from the Frozen Fair.

Back To Work

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break, but now it's back to work for a little while.  I've decided that as a blogger I may need to give my viewers more substance when it comes to my posts. I plan to give you a little more insight on the items I have chosen to complete a look and why.  I'm not promising it will be every post but I will do my best.
